Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited with tracking within 3 business days of purchase.

 

Shipping Rates:

Within Canada = $13.00 - $15.00

Continental USA = $15 - $22.00

International = UK, Italy, France, Ireland $35.00. 

For all other international destinations, contact me for rates.

 

If other shipping arrangements are desired, please contact me for additional options and charges.

I do not collect country specific tariffs and duties at checkout. If these are charged, you will be responsible for this on delivery.

Returns

Return/Exchange

I want you to love your selections as much as I do.  If you are unsatisfied, contact me within 3 days of receiving your order with your concern and I will either replace or exchange your item for another piece.  All items must be returned in the original condition they were shipped in and with bubble wrap included.  Customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Sale and promotional items are a Final Sale, no refund or exchange.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

As soon as you receive your order, please check it over to ensure there is no damage during the shipping process.  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so I can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
